This is a tough one, you dont want to spend 60K on a Raptor, but you will spend the same money on almost anything else that will meet your criteria. If you go 2500 diesel, the suspension and tires, plus spares and modifications to make it Baja worthy will run you close to the price of a 3-4 year...

Your fab skill seems to be matched to an equally skilled eye for details. Awesome work on what will no doubt turn out to be a masterpiece. Keep the update rolling, as it is always much easier to dream in color based on the pictures your keep posting. Thanks

Great thread, good lookin trailer, bad looking arm & leg. That trip looks awesome, I will be in Baja for the 1K during that time, or I would be interested in dragging my 8 & 6 yr old boys along. Next time for sure. Good luck finding the balance between want and need, it seems to be a life long...
