I have never heard about problems with the axles, they are really heavy duty stuff. I you manage to bend this axles you probably need medical intensive care or an undertaker. :)

No, they were never manufactured with diesel engines, either C303 or C306. Only straight 6 in line gasoline engines. Greetings from Sweden!
