    Who has used wood to skin there expedition trailer and floor also?

    Built the lid from two pieces of 10 foot 2x10 red cedar (no rot) and one piece 4x8 x1/2 inch marine ply. Took about an hour, cost $100 bucks including a gallon of paint and rubber seal. Literally three cuts with a saw, screwed and glued.

I have an ARB 2000 awning which, as well, looks to be identical to all the others (are they all made in China at the same factory?).     You can get complete OEM stamped floors for the batam and the M416. Google M416 trailer arts. There are a couple of decent suppliers out there for all the OEM (military) parts.
