I have the same rack. When mounted, it sits about mid-height from the rear-cab glass.
One caveat; if you have the factory/oem tri-fold soft tonneau cover, it uses a slightly different rail. You'll need longer bolts to secure the rack legs/posts to the rail.
Otherwise, this is a great price...
Have you tried putting a for sale ad on ramforum.com, or the power wagon registry? If not, your wheels will have a larger market in both of those venues, especially with those tires.
