Hey Tex! We will be making it back to Texas in the spring, we feel we only scratched the surface by spending a couple weeks there so far. Your state has some amazing areas and the TX Overlanders facebook page has been a great resource!

Big Bend National Park - Nov 2017

PC4 is the best campsite we found in the entire park, its absolutely MAGIC! Also you could totally do that road in a 2WD I believe, I drove about 200+ miles in the park and never had to engage 4WD. Im in a T100 with no fancy lockers or anything either. Its bumpy but passable.

    NoahGenda's 1997 T100 SR5 overland build.

@Subspd - I am not, yet. Its on the list and I debate adding lockers but since i didnt get around to it when I had a job and now I have no income, so... Probably wont happen right now, but it may when we get back into the states and get some income again.

Agreed with CascadeKid, I would rattle can it black and move on. Nice work on finding the seats and center console, seriously the most comfortable seats of any truck I have owned!

    Long shot WTB: Baja Almanac

Greetings! I am going to be spending about 6 months in Baja this coming year (January-June) and would love to have a copy of the Baja Almanac with me. Before I go and spend copious amounts of money on Amazon I figured I would reach out here. Two thoughts: You have one you no longer need and...

    Groot the Explorer T100

You got bucket seats in that bad boy? If so, then you are among the elite. I traded my bench for buckets and it was the best upgrade I ever did. Seconding you on the hub swap, really no reason to switch to manual locking hubs. Sure is nice to be able to go into 4WD on the fly. I have put...

    Custom RTT Mattress?

I just pulled my mattress out of the CVT and took the whole thing into the local foam store. Mine is now 2" of a high density foam with 1" of soft low density on top. They cut it to size and put it back into the cover for me, I think it cost about $100 all in. Any local upholstery supply...

Awesome! Me and a buddy came up with the bumper and fabbed it, I have zero complaints about it thus far. We had a great time seeing friends in TN, although it would have been nicer if it wasnt so dang foggy/rainy! We will be back in late october!
