Help getting dog to climb into rooftop tent

Just in case others come across this looking for solutions, grip tape would be an excellent alternative to carpet.

Family Camping & Overland Trailer Build(ish)

Thanks! I'm loving the Timbren so far, it just floats down the road compared to the axle that was under it before. I do notice that my trailer seems to list to one side from the back, but don't notice it in the front. I've taken some measurements and it definitely leans, but I can't put my...

WTB Eezi-Awn Bat or Manta 270 awning

I have a used Rhino Rack Batwing that I'm thinking of selling. I've used it for about 10-15 days in total. It's the passenger side 33200 like above. I'm in Phoenix, AZ.

Family Camping & Overland Trailer Build(ish)

It's been a minute since I've posted in here, been enjoying the trailer although not nearly as much as we should. I ended up spinning and bending the axle that was under it so wound up putting a Timbren system on it and it floats like a cloud now. I'm considering removing the fold down table so...

Post favorite pics of your rig and trailer

I took my trailer out to some local trails (Upper/Lower Terminator) with a few friends a while back to see what it could handle for a Hole in the Rock trip that never happened due to shutdowns. It will pretty much follow my Jeep where I need it... I'm sure some ledges and off camber stuff would...

    Front Runner Wolf Packs

Is anyone able to measure the height of 2 of the wolf packs stacked? I've looked at the dimensions online, but it looks like I can't just double that dimension because of the way they stack. I'm tempted to get some but I need them to stack 2 high and fractions of an inch are coming in to play. TIA!

    Tire pressure for trailer tires

I just had my trailer weighed at a heavy duty tire shop that services a lot of RV's, Semi Trailers, etc. When they saw my trailer weight which is 1440 lbs. dry, he told me to run the tires at 10-15 psi. I told him I had them at 20 currently and he said, "I wouldn't run any more than that". I'm...

    RTT offset position

Hey guys, I have a custom trailer with a rtt sitting on top of a frame. It was initially in the middle of the rack but there were some issues with that: 1) it was very difficult to access the zipper and remove/install the cover and annex because there was little space between the channel and...

Family Camping & Overland Trailer Build(ish)

Thanks! I've been trying to figure out my plumbing for the sink/shower. Ideally, the shower & toilet tent would be away from the trailer but that's not possible without a long hose which seems like a hassle as well as too long for the pump/heater. Any suggestions?

Family Camping & Overland Trailer Build(ish)

I haven't posted any updates for a while. I finished my electrical hookups: I have from left to right: - tub lights - water pump - 12v, USB, voltage - side lights - rear lights - tool box light I'll add some shots of the lighting on later. I still need to wire and mount the water pump...

I'm going to start working on my electrical system over the next week and want to use one of these switch panels: https://www.amazon.com/BlueFire-Digital-Voltmeter-Cigarette-Waterproof/dp/B01FQO9R4E/ref=cm_cr_arp_d_product_top?ie=UTF8 It says that it's rated IP67, do you think I could mount it...

Family Camping & Overland Trailer Build(ish)

Just got my front box delivered today. My plan is to divide it and use half for the electrical system and the other half for some storage of misc. items. Unfortunately UPS had to leave their mark on it and the corners are a bit crushed on one side. Kinda interferes with the lid. So thoughts...

Thanks! This bladder came with the trailer. There is a belly pan under the tub that it sits in but I'm not sure if it will fill and drain properly. Has anyone ever used one of these?
