    Roof mounted water storage

Just because a pipe is non-potable doesnt mean its non-potable but rather that it is untested. Sorta like the whole DOT dilemma with wheels. ABS is a very stable resin that does not leach chemicals into food or water. All IPS abs cements are safe for drinking water, however I dont believe #16...

Not your usual Cherokee (XJ) expo build

HAHA I caught that too. I was always intrigued by the Eight-Six but I was an FF guy. You should make that a second build in this thread lol.

Cot vs air mattress vs pad..

Im one of those flailing sprawlers at home, theres just no way I'd consider a cot. That was until I spent a week on a military issue one. You could probably dance on the edge of one, it's not gonna tip. I couldnt believe how well I slept. So I'm a believer, however I simply dont like the size...

Heat shrink and other such wiring sundries

Very cheap or old tubing will cause problems. The harbor freight stuff sucks! I do a ton, I mean a TON of electrical and quality pieces are a must for me. 3M butt connectors, weatherpack, and quality wire only! The heat shrink at fry's aint bad. I've got local options but I'm sure there are good...

    Aev wheels or Hutchinson

If the question is beadlock vs non beadlock then there are plenty of pro/cons lists all over the internet, and you'll need to decide that for yourself. If the decision was hutchinson vs AEV beadlock then you have to decide whats more important to you, looks vs cost vs fit. The number one...

    Soon to be upgrades

The stock track bar mount is very sturdy, so if your gonna weld anything you might as well get a chassis stiffener kit and get it over with. Then just bolt the stock one back in place. For a lil extra peace of mind you can throw a few stitches around it. Then if you want even more beef up front...

Long arm on a 2.5" lift? That bumper should already be tied into the steering.

IBEX MULTI-MOUNT CARRIER FOR AEV CARRIER

looks like it as mounting on the pass. side would be way different. AEV already offers a mount on the right that allows fitment of a hi-lift and pull-pall, not sure what else could fit. Whatever the case I'm looking forward to seeing one of these in action.

IBEX MULTI-MOUNT CARRIER FOR AEV CARRIER

Well sure, but at that point you could just make it yourself. The AEV bumper/tire carrier is the best in the industry, but I'm not about to bust out the grinder and welder to make it fit my cherokee, lol.

    Soon to be upgrades

Yes sir, as far as I'm concerned Poly motor mounts are just about as bad as aluminum ones (yes I did have aluminum mounts in a car before). Both will soften up a tad over time but the way they do this matters. The poly mounts end up sloppy, where the bombproof mounts seem to just soften up the...

    Soon to be upgrades

editedforsafety: The issue with a solid link and rubber or poly ends is that it will fight against flex. Ok sure, a 2.5" isn't a flex monster but the bushings tend not to last very long. That is why I like the JKS ones. However, it would be interesting to see how a johnny joint on one end and a...

IBEX MULTI-MOUNT CARRIER FOR AEV CARRIER

This is clearly designed to fit the AEV only! Looks like it slides into the horizontal tube, then it probably bolts elsewhere on the back of the carrier.

    Soon to be upgrades

with 2.5" The stock length is just fine. There is no need for aftermarket, however if you are in need of new ones consider the wj conversion or an aftermarket arm that utilizes rubber rather then poly. I am going with the JKS lower arms. The ride is so much nicer on rubber. Same goes for the...

Fridge Freezer Sizes For a 2 Door Wrangler

So your wanting it to fit in the cargo area? It is important to note that the 50qt (47 liter) and smaller 37qt (45 liter) have the same footprint. 1 is just a few inches taller.
