02 CTD Core support

Has anyone done a core support on a 02 Ram 2500 with a Cummins? I’m looking for any tips and tricks to make the job easier. I have plenty of tool and experience I’ve just never done this job and prefer to learn from those who have come before me and make less of my own mistakes.

I’m in sure it was damaged on a work truck and we were under a time crunch so it went in the equipment shed and another truck hitched up right away. Tomorrow will be the first day I can put a wrench to it. It does look that simple though
