03 discovery with 86k

Looking to get a discovery soon found a 03 with full service records with only 86xxx miles and i check the vin # and its a safe one as far as the oil pump failure the only thing it was in a car accident the front passenger side was hit. They show me the body shop paper work as too what was fix. Ok here the question they are asking 9k for it which i think is high what do you think i should offer?

I've got an 03 with 116k only minor issues. All service records is good. I paid 19 for mine 6 years ago. Price may be a little hi is it at a dealer?

Yea its at a jeep dealership

I'd look around on the price don't know what an 04 is going for. Or an 03 to me it's a little hi but mileage isn't bad
