I'm at a loss. My check engine light came on and it has me stumped as to what the problem is. I have an OBD II computer that tells me the code. The code is P0032, which is O2 sensor high voltage in bank 1 sensor1. I have three different Toyota technicians from two different dealers completely stumped. I have replaced the upstream O2 sensor, main relay and tested the ECU and all trouble shooting areas that the Toyota tech book calls for. Everything tested out good. I am unable to find anything on the internet or anywhere else that tells me why the check engine light will not go out. No one knows. There is no explanation. The truck still runs great, its just that stupid light will not stay off after reseting it. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I know this post was from a long time ago....but did you ever figure out what was going on with your truck? I've got the same thing going on with my 04 Tacoma right now. Got a P0031 about 8 months ago. Replaced air fuel sensor and cleared CEL. About 2 weeks ago CEL went on again, P0032 this time. Just replaced A/F sensor again last night and CEL back on again this morning....... First sensor purchased from Toyota, second through Amazon. Both Denso, and correct PN for my truck.
