04 Chevy 2500HD lighting, guards, etc..

I'm looking into setting up what could probably count as an expedition vehicle. It'll probably be an 04 Chevy Silverado 2500HD crew cab with short box. I'll be adding a bed cap with roof rails on it, and to that I'll be mounting a cargo basket (probably a Yakima Mega Warrior), which I want to add the following to:

I'd like to wire up a total of 8 Blazer lights (http://www.tractorsupply.com/traile...ulti-purpose-tractor-light-flood-beam-0283909) --> 4 forward facing for night driving (something like what another member did here: http://forums.trailvoy.com/showthread.php?t=35633), 2 backwards facing for reverse visibility, 2 on each side of the roof facing towards ground for extra misc. light and also one of these: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/e...0238064032&viewitem=&sspagename=STRK:MEWAX:IT

I want to avoid drilling into the truck as much as possible at least on the exterior. However I want it to look "clean" when viewed by passengers. I was thinking about fabricating a switch panel of some kind and running the controls for all of the lights to that for neatness/ease of use. I want to be able to control all sets of roof lights separately (I don't want to wire the backup lights to the stock backup wires like some people do). The lightbar already has its own control panel so no worries there, just a matter of mounting it somewhere out of the way. Also, regarding how to power all of these, what do you guys suggest? I would prefer to avoid the cigarette lighter as much as possible since I have a GPS and radar detector already occupying that spot.

Now, regarding a brush guard, what do you guys recommend? I'm looking at one particular one at the moment made by Ranch Hand (http://www.ranchhand.com/prodpix/ChevyGGC031BL1.jpg), but I am open to ideas regarding functionality/price.

Thanks guys!
