04 Tacoma rear axle question

I was just out doing post trip inspection and happen to notice my rear axle is offset to drivers side by about 1/2 inch. Is this normal? Measurements taken from frame to tire (looking down from top of tire). Everything as far as leafs, shackles, u-bolts, mounts etc, look to be good. Only thing different I noticed is the drivers side bottom overload leaf does not line up exactly with rest of leafs. It's a 04 Tacoma Double Cab, maybe it's always been this way not sure.

Edit: maybe driver side leaf is tweaked a bit and pulling it over, drives fine, no vibes, no noises. Nothing to worry about?

Both leafs are not sitting level on a vertical plane (if that makes sense) both have a small twist towards drive side. I called Wheelers, he thinks could be a broken center pin, would that cause this? I tried pics with iPhone but really cant see, Ill pull wheel tonight try to get some pics and see if I can tell if pin broke.

Same thing happened to my 98 Tacoma. A mechanic friend of mine from the local Toyota told me not to worry about it. Mine are also off something marginal like 1/4 - 1/2 inch. According to him, he said not to worry about it till we put on my Dakar rear leafs in a few months and has been like that for almost 2 years. Mine are also sitting flat on the perch, so it depends on the severity of of what you're talking about.

Problems getting text in there;
Pic 1 is measurement from frame to outer tire on driver side, other measure is passenger. Others are the leaf twist and overload spring pulling out (pic is top looking to rear). Passenger side is pretty much inline, just a slight pull to drive side. Just wondering the cause and need to know if anything should be done to prevent a failure.
I have sent some pics to Wheelers to get their take on it also.

I believe you'll be fine. As long as your leafs are sitting flat on the perch you should be alright. That is close to how mine are angled. My truck sat for a year like that plus 15k about on driving like that with out any problems

its close but you could have a bent or broken center pin also (the bolt that holds the leaf pack together)
