06 Honda Element Ecamper by Ursa Minor

Approved Vendor : Boreas Campers
2006 Honda Element EX with a freshly installed E-Camper by Ursa Minor Vehicles. The Honda was recently driven out to San Diego where Ursa Minor installed the camper at $6200.00. This is also their only install location. The interior retains its original layout, there is no removal of the roof. This vehicle is now a great everyday driver and adventure vehicle rolled into one. The camper pops up in about 45 seconds and sleeps two comfortably. There is a dome light, 2 reading lights, and 2 USB outlets inside the pop top. It is built with heavy duty canvas and gives the option of screened windows or roll it all back for sleeping under the stars.
With Hondas interior design all four seats fold flat into beds. Potentially you could sleep 4 people in this vehicle!
Honda is rated for 22 mpg city and 24 hwy, but I've seen 30mpg on the highway. The 4 cylinder V-Tec engine has plenty of power with no problem ticking off mountain passes.

The Element is located in Breckenridge, Colorado but am willing to meet serious buyers in Denver. These Elements are difficult to find with this low mileage and nearly impossible with the Ecamper. The asking price is $22,500.
The front seats have seat covers on them currently. The driver’s seat has some wear.

Any update?

It's still listed on Denver's Craigslist. http://denver.craigslist.org/cto/5435115781.html

Probably because the asking price is pretty ridiculous: $19900 . Similar vintage Elements with maybe a few more miles are selling on private market for $5-7K right now in Denver (I've been watching and looking for a few months. Saw one sell last week with 100K for $5200, AWD, in excellent condition) Something more like 12-13K sounds like a reasonable price since you should never expect to get all your money back from investments like pop-tops.

Thanks. I did reach out to him and got a response through a different source where he had it listed. They seem to be retaining their value out here a lot more. I am interested but that is a lot for a 10 year old car.

Where is "out here"? I'm referencing the same market (Front Range) that this camper is being sold in. Unless you need it ASAP, you could buy an Element in excellent condition and have a fresh pop-top installed for significantly less than he's asking.
