I ran the Hankooks first on stock 17" alloys, 285/70/17. I put about 20k miles on them and thought they were awesome on road, very quiet. Offroad they did ok. They didn't seem to do as well in the rocks or sand as the MTRs or KM2s, but they did ok. Price is one of the biggest selling points. Best bang for the buck.

The MTR's (not the new kevlar ones) were my least favorite. They were terribly loud on road and very rough. I can't complain about anything offroad though but they much more expensive.

The KM2s have been working out nicely. These too are quiet, but they do have a hum on the freeway. They are one of the lightest MT tires out too. I've only put 4k miles on so far, but no complaints yet. They perform awesome offroad (rocks/sand...no mud...not a fan)
DaPit, I'd appreciate if you could share your thoughts about the GY MTRs vs. Hankook Dynapro mt and BFG KM2 in terms of traction, wear, noise, likes and dislikes, etc. Thanks and cool pics BTW.
