This guy is local to me. I haven't seen this one personally, but he is a mechanic at the Jeep Dealership that provides vehicles to www.burnsvilleoffroad.com. They are located across the street from each other, and burnsville is know for their engine swaps.

Lots of the techs at the dealership have cool vehicles, and most are built right.
