It's not an ARE, and it's just a pretty basic model, but it's hard to beat $225!

What'dya mean it's the wrong color???? :Wow1:

Nothing wrong with that.

Miss matched caps is the new thing!
Paid $100 for mine (didn't have the roof racks) the paint on the roof is crappy, but doesn't bother me nor effect it's ability to keep stuff dry.

For those of you who painted/bed liner yourself, did you disassemble the windows or did you just mask everything off? I got some quotes for painting the cap and aparently automotive paint runs about $150-$200 per quart these days.

I just took my time and tapped everything off and waited for a nice warm day with low humidity.....I also sanded down the whole shell with some fin grit sand paper before I did it....The bed liner stuff dries somewhat fast so I did not wait to long before I took the masking off....its all about timing because the masking pulled some of the bed liner off with it, I suppose you could run a razor blade around the windows before you take the masking off instead, good luck!

We found our Cap on CL fr $25.00. Painted, all fiberglass repairs done chips etc) and fixed the front window, and we were in it under $600. CL is king in my area. Mine is a Snugtop Xtra vision, so would have been $2500 new. The CL revealed a $6.00 carpet kit and now we are all set up.

Great find, if you don't want to paint it, try plasti dip.
