Wow. The only problem I have with a set up like that is that you have to know EXACTLY where everything is. I don't find my brain able to function like that. I do like the whole concept though. A lot.

loved it

I followed the link too and loved seeing this truck. the look is perfect. I think it's funny the grass is always greener. In the land of diesel LR and 70 series Land Cruisers the original post was about waiting for/wanting a JK. ( I hope I am not mixing of threads)

I like it but a canvas top does not do much in the way of security. The slide outs lock but I like my set up where I can just open the rear door and toss stuff in and lock it up. Of course if someone wants to break into any truck they will find a way.

That's the main reason I ditched my bed and opted for the security of the box in the back. I love being able to just throw stuff in as I need it and not have to pack and re-pack exactly the same way every time.

I did find it ironic that he was lusting after a JK. I also found it ironic that he and his buddy got stuck in the mud for a week until they were rescued.

Where do I sign up? Of course it wouldn't be difficult to build out a Toyota in a similar fashion and in face some of the trucks here are heading that way, but still, wow.

I can't believe they waited there for a week? I can't sit still long enough. I'd either have dug it out, or dug a hole to China trying. ;)
