1997 Land Cruiser
Asking $14,500 obo

This is not your typical 15+ year old FJ80. It has a rebuilt motor, has been well maintained and has been built for long range travel and tough trails. It can get you to the trailhead across town or 5 states away, then tackle the black diamond trail!

175,XXX miles, rebuilt motor with about 20k miles on it
All belts, hoses were replaced at time of rebuild
1 year old starter, alternator, fuel pump, water pump
Custom exhaust system- newer single cat and muffler, bobbed tail pipe (yeah it's louder but has more power)

ARB front bumper
Warn 10k pound winch, custom cover
LED offroad lights

3' lift- OME J Springs, OME LT shocks
Full armor- transfer/ tranny custom made
Rock sliders
35 inch Firestone MTs with ⅔ tread
Factory lockers
Rear airbags (deflate for offroad use)

Aux 12 gal. fuel tank- form fits above where factory spare fits- from Oz
Dual filler neck (also from OZ), transfer pump to main
Total fuel capacity is 36 gal (46 using 2 cans in carrier- see below)

Custom rear bumper/ tire carrier combo
Highlift mount
Water/ fuel can carrier (2 cans)
Built in 2” receiver hitch and 4 pin wiring

Aux fuse box
Custom manifold cooker … thats right, a red neck crock pot under the hood!
125w power inverter
Brand new battery

Newer seats- refreshed with new outer skins, not covers (faux leather)
Thick slush mats

Rear custom made cargo box with integrated tiedown system- holds tons of tools and recovery/ camping gear
I have the full 3rd row seats as well

Spare parts- every spare part and specialty FJ80 fluid, tool and book (FSM) is included. I have a few boxes of accumulated parts.

The only known issues:
1. It's 16 years old, so it has typical trail “rewards”- no dents just scratches and nicks
2. Sun roof does not work. I think one of the pulleys is bad. I hate sun roofs so iI have never fixed it.
3. Drivers side seat belt does not fully retract. Needs a new retractor, which is a $50 Rock Auto part.
4. Drivers seat motors are fussy
5. Hood dimple from when I left the oil filter wrench under the hood

Otherwise when stuff breaks, I fix it. Beyond that, the new/ newer items listed above were changed only as preventative maintenance, used parts have been kept as spares. I have vacillated about letting this go, as I know I will never get another one in this kind of condition.

Properly maintained, this rig will serve the right buyer well for many more years.

Stuff NOT included from the pix- gps mounts, ammo cans, CO2 tank

Bruce! I can't believe your selling this. This is one sweet rig. You forgot to list the burrito box! LOL

Hey Nathan, how you been? You remember the burrito box I see. I have developed several recipes for it that go by miles rather than time... kids claim the only way dad knows how to cook is on his motor.
