Don't put a RTT on top of a teardrop it's just wrong.

Mine is built for the Family not just me and the wife. I can sleep up to 6 if I had to. Try that with just the trailer. But I do see your point also. When my kids are gone so will the RTT.

What the heck did these tent makers do different these days? When I had mine it was mounted on a Jeep Grand Wagoneer w/6" of lift on 33" tires and the tent was mounted on top a roof basket on top the Jeep, and the ladder STILL reached all the way to the ground with room to spare. I had an extension I bought and never hooked up.
