Also after the Transafrica Trip we often use the Land Cruiser 200 for overlanding or offroad outings. Here i will add some pictures from time to time...

Any nice trails you know of in Switzerland? Based near Geneva and cannot find anywhere to go off-roading... :-(

Any nice trails you know of in Switzerland? Based near Geneva and cannot find anywhere to go off-roading... :-(

There are no legal well known tracks in switzerland. If they are known - there is soon a forbidden sign arround...
.
This is the only way you can use:
.
- Look in Google Earth (or google Maps satellite view) after a an area with is less populatet (no farms, houses and so on).
- follow the small streets and tracks - you will find your challenge
- search a way who avoid "forbidden signs" (not alway possible)
- use bad weather weekends or do it under the week (Hikers and Bikers may call the authorities)
- dont record & share tracks (or there is a forbidden sign soon)
- dont light a fire when it is not allowed, dont leave waste back
- be nice to people you may meet.
- if there are a farmer or houses near, ask for permission if you want to stay overnight, when they are able to detect you

And dont discuss when you get a ticket, pay and enjoy ;-)
