I would like to build a expedition rig like some of the other NPR based campers on Expo. Today I saw a 2005 2x4 diesel npr for sale.
My questions are:
1) How hard is it to convert a 2x4 to 4x4?
2) Is changing from dual rear tires to single cost prohibitive?
3) The vehicle has 61,000 miles and appears to be well maintained. Are there known problems I should check for and what is the lifespan of these vehicles?
4) What is a reasonable price for a vehicle like this (I know that is difficult without seeing it but I won't hold anyone with an opinion to it)?
