Concrete Tent.....Really

I wonder what those cost?

Practical real world applications are harder to fathom.

They look to me to be well suited to be deployed after a disaster, such as the after the earth quake in Haiti or the hurricane in the Philippines.

They use that material up here for erosion control (make ditches with it) and temporary shoring for trenching and such. I've never seen a tent made from it but I would assume it would be a good material for a temporary sample site or testing equipment.

Seems like it'd be an interesting alternative to the spray foam that I'd seen used on tents in Iraq. I just can't see it being very viable for emergency shelter as they are likely quite difficult to dismantle.
