Going for vinyl planks, figured they are better when it comes to moisture.

The build looks to be going great. I don't know which product you plan to use but I installed an Aqua-Step flooring in my truck a few years ago.

http://www.aquastep.be/en/

It is extremely tough and waterproof, but in Arizona (44 degrees when I was in Phoenix) the planks warped and never went back to their old shape. It happened when the sun shone through a skylight and heated a very localised area very quickly. My expansion gap was smaller than the instructions recommend as the area of flooring is so small. It may have been this which caused the problem, but when I replace the flooring, I think that I'll just go with a decent roll-out vinyl floor.

The vinyl planks looks similar to the Aquastep in terms of top layer and click system, but with a 5mm massive vinyl core instead of the hollow resin core.
Vinyl planks can be glued down as a roll out vinyl floor can, but it can also be layed with just a underlayer.
Just hoping they wont warp, but 44 degrees are seldom around where I drive:)

Got a couple of more walls in place. Starting to get a sence of the internal space.

Planned to cut and install the last wall today, but the weather was too bad. Layed mosaic tiles in the shower instead.

A couple of Windows, and suddenly it looks less box-van and more camperish:)

Windows are the common Seitz S4.

The horizontal alu profile are support for the upper bed, there will be similar profiles also on the other sides, but they are not in place yet.
The lower bed will be foldable, tranforming this area to a large garage.

All external corner joints are made/ will be up by internal and external alu angles. The internal angles are what you see vertically in the picture.
I used larger angles for this particular corners since I will be fastening different stuff to them.

Congratulations! I'm impressed about your building speed! Looking good as always! I'm still stuggeling with my supportframe... But hope to do some catching up on you in the next months:)

Styrofoam hot knife. Comes With a variety of blades, you can make your own blade profiles as well.
Superb to remove the foam core of the panels around doors/hathces etc when reinforcements are needed.

Whish I bought this before I made all the grooves for the hydronic heating...

Exactly, the chips from the router flies all over and attaches to everything like glue:)
Much slower than the styrocutter as well.
