Also anyone have a photo of how the lower isolators keep the springs in? I didn't get any instructions with them just them pieces.

If I get a chance I will take pics tonight of the ones I made. I will test them next week. I had my springs out when I drilled the holes and I had to install them 180 degrees from where I intended because of where the spring sits.

I did find a pic on Google so now I'm pretty confident I can put them in correctly.

I had these in mine and since they bolt into thin sheet metal they ended up ripping out. I put a set of limiting straps in and problem solved.

My lowers have never pulled out but my uppers pull our even with the isolators and smash the upper isolators on the way back in...

Do you have spacers on your wheels or did they fit as is? Nice jeep.

Here is my 2002 Wj on the most recent single night trip from Colorado to south dakota.
4.7 v8. Quadra drive
545rfe trans
247 t case (swap to 242 in coming months)
Dana 30 front
Dana 44a rear
Its on a iron rock front long arm, bds 4" lift coil front and 3.5" rear (they are the stiffest coils I could find) bilstein 5125 shocks, the rears are being swapped to fox 2.0 remote Res adjustable shocks.
Custom hime build roof rack
Custom 4x4 fabrication rear bumper with a home built carrier w/ dual Jerry can mounts.
Flatland 4x4 front bumper.
Warn zeon 8-s winch
235/85r16 general grabber at²s on 16x7 Black Rock lobo 950 wheels 4" backspacing.
addco 1" rear sway bar.
Jks quick disconnects
Ebc stage 3 brakes
Arb rear air locker
Chassis unlimited diffs cover (rear)
Mountain vista Fab center diffs skid plate
Extreme LED pods
Cheap eBay 32" light bar.
And a bunch of other small stuff in the interior/engine bay.

Hi all this is my Expo rig in the making. After beating her up on the trails a few years I've decided to go the expo route instead of the trail monster I was aiming for .
She's a 2002 Special Edition and have owned her since new. Many parts are still not installed yet but this is her to date.

As I said before this is just my starting point . The other WJ is a good friend of mine who has brought me to the expo side and he will be designing the electrical part of this slow never ending build.

What rear bumper is this? I really like it.

The bumper is Custom 4x4 Fabrication, however that tire carrier was one I build and recently have begun turning it into dual swing out carrier.

What rear bumper is this? I really like it.

Very nice. Great job with your WJ. We sold ours and I told myself never again. It had so many mechanical issues it kinda burned me out on the WJ’s yet I find myself here looking again thinking maybe I could find a nice clean one that would have fewer issues this time around. But I’m not sure I want to jump at it yet. Still trying to decide if I want to go down that road again. I really did like the Jeep but mine had issues. And then I’m not sure how to fix some of the other issues I’d have with any WJ. Like front springs popping out when flexed. I did have spring isolators but the springs still popped out of the mounts the isolators just kept them from coming all the way off. But the springs would never sit back right in the bushings. You can see how I talk about that in my earlier posts on this thread.
