Not bad.

Been working on getting the nuts and bolts off still and am going to setup a kiddy pool and electrolysis for the springs lunette (when I find a way to remove it) and passenger wheel (the driver side wheel bolts have been welded to the wheel housing)
And the smaller parts in an old cooler.

I'm going to undertake [sand] pressure washing with black beauty this weekend and see what the results are.
I'm not too concerned now with blasting the entire trailer, I'm over the headache and waste of months I have procrastinated away wishing for cheaper solutions.

I was thinking of DIY zinc plating but I rather just paint the parts anyways.

I know of por15 and Ospho, but looking more into the rust prevention again and looking for more ideas...
Ospho is more rust removal correct? or is it a preventative?

Thoughts?

Tons of updates soon, have been wrenching on this thing for a while and the first test went well.

Time to prep it for full duty for a 3 week trip to the SouthWest and ExpoWest2016

Story: My wife and I built this and towed it from Atlanta to the beautiful South West for a 3 week vacation.
It handled everything Moab and the West could throw at us, it even floats.

If you want a fantastic easily towed and tracking trailer, this is for you, it is ready to go.
Great for overlanders, adventurers, and those that just love calling it Camping, family trips or weekend fun.
I have no regrets with this trailer, it's just awesome.

Tows so well behind my Tacoma, track width is the same.
