New project M100

I picked up a M100 trailer over in Eastern Washington and brought it home yesterday. 240 mile trip home with speeds of 70mph and the little guy pulled straight and true despite the cross winds that were tossing my 2 door JK around pretty good. Now that I have it in my garage I'm going to start on Corrosion control (not to bad, can't find any rust through) and basic modifications. I want to keep this a trailer I can use for camping as well as runs to Home Depot so I don't want any thing that's permanent in the bed. I plan on putting a small tongue platform that will house the ARB fridge and a cover that is easy enough to remove so haul big items. I was hoping to run the same wheels & tires as my JK (255/85r16 km2) but I see that the hubs on this are so big that the standard JK wheels I use won't fit. Is there a simple way to change this or is it a complete axle swap to make it happen? I don't really want to change the axle since it's in great shape and been well care for. Suggestions?
