Thats impressive! I might have to pick up a set of springs once they're all dialed in. Ive always been reluctant on the G57's because of all the weight in the rear. But I'm glad to see more aftermarket support for the overland builds!

Yea I happy with the outcome. I can't wait to try them in the rocks once the snow melts. We have been slowly gaining support.

Damn

First time taking the tundra to the snow to see what it can do. Probably a little more on the extreme side of the test since it wasn't the most ideal conditions as winter is over and the sun was hot. Snow was slushy where the tracks are and center part of trail was ice hard. Traction wasn't an issue it was getting hung up in the center with the ice pack.

Finally got the last bit of chrome painted. Was a fun project. Still need to get it outside for some pull back photos.

Nice work, I'm all about those automotivetouchup.com rattle cans.

Haha yeah. Thanks to you I used them to paint on my Camry as well that needed a fender after an accident. Other driver at fault but took the check and repaired it myself.

Looking really nice

Thank you. It's been something I been wanting to do for a long time.

Jose, how are the leaf springs working? Did you ever make changes? Sorry if I missed it.

Yeah I got hopefully one last final test pack coming. Current ones are for sale if anyone is interested in a almost new medium duty 10 leaf Deaver rear leaf springs.

Where did you end up with the previous springs and what changes are being made to the new ones?

This is where they sit with it unloaded but armored up. Coming in at 6000lbs. 50/50 weight distribution. Obviously lift will vary from truck to truck depending on how much armor and weight you have.

With my unloaded set up. I'm About 11 inches from bottom of frame to top of axle tube. Stock is 9.5.

We are going to add even more arch to get more lift.

Random question: do you have an "in" with Deaver or what? I have been trying to put springs into production with them since the middle of March and have been getting no response.

Man, I wish I had the extra scratch for these right now. It's the one thing I know my truck really needs. Maybe I should sell those JBA shorty's that have been on the shelf for years.
