Struggling to find a base for a build.

I've been patiently waiting to find a base for a trailer build at a good price. Well, I came across this and I was wondering what opinions were on using this as a starting point. I'm looking to build a poor mans Xventure off road trailer wannabe. The guy is asking $700 and I will be going to look at it tomorrow. anything I should look at in particular? any ideas or thoughts? any input with despite what little I've said would be appreciated.

Looks like a good start to me. Is it titled and have a plate?
That can be a battle if it is home built.

Check axle and wheel bearings make sure it hasn't been overloaded.

That looks like a m101/m116 thats been modified a little. I have one of these in the for sale section.
