Dropping Gas Tank in LR3

I also ask the question about a one person task. Certain that it helps that there is almost no fuel in the tank. Is there a drain for that operation?
Based on your post I am thinking that the fuel pump is inside the tank and can only be replaced by removing the tank. Correct?

Can be a one person job with a floor jack. No drain. Will need to siphon out fuel or just drive it until near empty. Yes, fuel pump is inside tank. To replace, fuel tank must be empty, and and removed from vehicle, even then its still really really hard to reach.
