So, after taking some measurements from my neighbor's rollover couch, I built a set of rollover hinges. They're rough in the photos, but I've since ground them and put a nice coat of gloss black on them. They took me a good chunk of the day to build, but they only cost me about $40.00 in steel. Now for the upholstery...
