will using stainless hardware on the truck induce galvanic corrosion?

just like it says. i have a 2005 dub cab tundra (2wd) and i have a bunch of thing i have in mind to do to it. of course for the stuff im welding i will use carbon steel and paint or powdercoat but as far as hardware... can i use stainless without harming my frame/body due to corrosion? obviously there may be some ill effects but the real question is, will it be bad enough to create a concern?

i dont live in a high corrosion area however occasionally the rear of the truck may be dipped in to the salt, when launching a boat.

Here's a little chart for ya-

Humidity greatly increases galvanic corrosion.

so in knowing that stainless fasteners are usually 18-8 simple because it says so on the label. i did a quick search and its 18% chromium and 8% nickel.

without going to my trusty phase diagram, i dont remember off the top of my head if that martensite or austenite.

eek, thanks for making me feel like a horrible engineer.
