Montero Locking Differential

I'm looking at a 1998 Montero w/locking rear diff. Is the oem air pump sufficient to also run an ARB air locker in the front diff? I understand the oem pump is low pressure.

Definitely not. The OEM pump only pushes like 2 psi, or something. ARB lockers want somewhere around 95PSI.
