Has been some time since I checked in, but I've been gathering parts for Pearl. The service body is sitting on the chassis now, and I've picked up some 35" tires and bling for her.

Can you post a few more pics of the lift you got there?

Took it on an adventure, ended up getting stuck in a hole that was deeper and soupier than I'd expected.

Its a monument to bad decisions.

Building a sleeping platform/simple storage system. Any ideas on how to make it fold put over the middle seats and be sturdy and supported ?

Had to change the valve cover gaskets on the 1990 LWB. Getting the aftermarket rubber gaskets to stay put in the valve cover channel is a royal pain in the , I had to put some gasket shellac and it helped some.

The things I hate the most when working on my 1990 LWB: valve cover gasket, removing/installing the radiator fan 4 nuts.

    Tried but couldn't post pics

Do have any pics of what you did, mine is in need of it bad and I'm not sure what to clean. I've tried cleaning and lubing the rails but it's still not great. Did you clean with it open or closed? Thanks.
