New Van

Hello, new here.
I am buying a new, used Ford E350 15 passenger van on Wed. It is a fleet vehicle with excellent in house maintenance. 100% highway miles. It is a 2011 with 160k on it. It is in a Valvoline test vehicle program and they installed a brand new zero miles engine at 100k. I will post pictures on Wed.

I want to leave 1 bench seat in and take out the rest.

How hard is it to get the seat brackets out ?

Is that a Torx ? What size ?
