I replaced the OEM hubs with SK hub assemblies. My OEM ones had 130K on them and there was nothing wrong with them besides age. I am trying to track down a front end vibration is why I replaced them. Put in Calri ball joints and new hub assemblies and next week I will be putting in new Sicer u-joints in the front axle shafts. I have pulled the front drive shaft so I know that is not the problem and after replacing the ujoints pretty much my front axle would be rebuilt. If the vibration is still there I know my Thuren track bar bushing is shot. My last ball joints were shot and I would get really bad death wobble so that might have ate the track bar bushing.

Well its been awhile since I posted any updates to my build. Been really busy getting ready to go on another 6 months deployment this summer and been doing what I can to the truck. Over that last few months I was able to get my EFI Live and CSP5 switch in, wow what a huge difference it makes compared to my Edge CST Evolution. Also was able to get the stainless steel brake lines, Carli steering stabilizer, front and rear truss, limiting straps and traction bars installed.

The shop didnt put the rear truss on correctly and they said they will take it off and put it back on correctly for free. So that is a good thing and great customer service, I will have them fix it when I get back from deployment. Still trying to get time to put my Thuren control arms, Fass Titanium 150GH and Beans Diesel Sump. I have a feeling I wont get all that put on before I leave again. The good thing is I will have more parts waiting for me when I get home.

My front end shimmy/wobble is completely gone now as well. So it was the POS Fuel Off Road M/T tires that I had on the truck.

HAMACHI thank you. I still have a lot of stuff to put on it, the suspension is pretty much where I want it.

So I was in such a hurry to get the shackles on I put them on wrong. Have to flip them from one side to the other. The opening goes towards the leafs lol.

Finally got the truck on the interstate after installing the 37x12.5x17 Toyo RTs with 10oz if the Balance Beads and I will say my truck has never ran so smooth since I have owned it. I will never run weights again on the truck. I have 4.10 gears all billet 48RE 4 speed automatic and was running 75mph at 1810 RPMs and at 80mph I was running 1930 RPMs. Still up in the air if I want to do to 4.30 gears, not sure if the benefit will out weight the price of new gears.

So I didnt get much done this weekend like I wanted to. Still waiting for my new rotors and manifold and turbo gaskets to show up in the mail. They will be here this week and I will get the new rotors and the HT Turbo 3G stainless steel manifold on the truck along with all my EAS on so I can finally monitor real boost, oil pressure and EGTs.

I did re-do my battery wires so I went from this.

Also finally figured out where I am going to put my Blue Sea 12 Fuse Fuse block.

It will be easy to get to and stay pretty clean there as well. Just need to get the positive and negative wires and fitting so I can hook it up to the battery.

Also I still need to figure out how to mount the hold down for m batteries. The stock blocks are gone and so are the nuts that go in the battery trays, might do a ratchet strap or figure something else out.

So a little update on my build. I finally installed my Godspeed 67/67/HE351CW turbo.

I was also looking at replacing my rocker panels and I found this. So it turns out that the 3rd Gen Rams have 3 rockers, outer, middle and inner. The problem is you can only get the outer panels and you cannot get the middle or inner any where, the dealers dont even have them.

So it is time to get a donor truck and I found one in Texas that is rust free. It is a 2wd 2500 gas truck so we will do a cab and bed swap and any other wiring needed to work on my Cummins.

I think it came out pretty good considering I just used spray can primer and paint.
