Dizzam Gina, look at that floor and fasteners!
I'm looking forward to hearing how it wears, cleans, etc.

Looking sweet, can't believe I'm the first to ask, what is the floor material?

Will MGmetalworks be offering the fastener kit in black anodized? ;)

Also really like the plans for the door galley. I'm a carpenter and I don't believe wood surfaces belong in the mobile world. I like the utility, military, look, well done.

In for more progress.

Looks sooooooo sweet! From floor, to galley design to seat hardware!
I'm also curious about the floor material. Looks great.
Did you also insulate the sides of the dog house, or under it?
I'm lovin this build... One of my favorites on ExPo. I love seeing masters fabricate what they're imagining!

Thanks everyone for the comments!

The combination of fasteners I used on the step molding are:

McMaster.com - 92538A330, 90585A237, 95105A119

The washers aren't cheap. I don't have time to make stuff like that though.

My dad went a little Dynamat crazy on the doors today...

Meanwhile, Cam (the van's owner) is in town to check on progress and lend a hand. He worked on fitting the factory headliner to the penthouse top...it just works a lot better with our interior plans this way.

We fit the factory dome lights into the sides for a factory look.
