wow I haven't updated this in a while

Well it's been a while some mods have happened and some damage has occurred.. we made some upgrades to the suspension for overlanding and the extra weight heavier rear springs, new shocks, and some lift pucks for the rear to level the rig, Also cut out the old rotted rockers and replaced with some heavy duty rockets
We also got a RTT so I built a new rack out of aluminum and the wife wanted a road shower.. it is
Pretty nice to have. I also built a table for the tire swing out since space is nice when camping..
We did a few excursions in our limited time and in June I ended up miss judging a water crossing and well the jeep became a submarine.... yeah.... I was lucky the motor didn't take any water in the crank case.. but about 1,500 miles down the road a rod tried to liberate its self and the jeep has been down for a while... we are in the final stages of a new used 4.7 V8 with really low miles. I hope we have it done soon for some late fall camping and winter excursions.

Future plans I would like to build a storage system in the back of the jeep, gas tank tuck and well lets face it the rear end needs a locker...

Love this truck! Fellow Michigander here, although i live about 3.5 hours south east of you. I used to vacation in TC a few times a year. My wifes grandfather had a house on Lake Leelenau so we would hang out there as much as possible. Anyway great work on the WJ, loving the build!!

Looks amazing. I know I loved my WJ. Sometimes I debating picking up one again. Never know.
