Tow Mirror Upgrade for 3-bolt '02 E350 SMB

I am wanting to upgrade my standard side mirrors to a set of expandable tow mirrors. I recently purchased a set of OEM 2003-2008 "4-bolt" powered tow mirrors from Summit Racing. After pulling the door panels off my 2002 E350 Sportsmobile, I found that I have the older style "3-bolt" pattern (as well as the smaller "3-wire" grey plug). Checking to see if anyone out there knows of a part number / solution to finding a set of "3-bolt" mounting pattern expandable tow mirrors.

I do not believe there are OEM Tow three bolt mirrors. I modified the doors on my 02 SMB and installed some 2014 tow mirrors and swapped the harness from my power non tow original mirrors. When I worked at Quadvan years ago, that is what we did there as well.
