Simple kind of van, a 2006 e150 build thread.

more work today, these are the steps that take time, but don't photograph well at all. so heres a basic rundown of what we did

1: sanded the bottom of the floor plywood/poly with 220, and give it a thick second coat...... no pics.

2: sand all sides of the "boxes" with 220, and put 2 coats back to back on the birch pieces

3: rough cut the flooring, smear a whole tub of flooring adhesive onto the plywood, and lay out the floor, trim to fit after it set up for a little while

4: sand all the box pieces again with 220 grit, and give it a 3rd coat. kinda messed up, brushed what i thought was wet, but it was dry ish, but thats why we started with the inside of the boxes. it'll be more than ok, in fact, might not be a big deal at all. will not be putting another coat on the insides.

got some time this evening after work to pull the boards out and give the other side a good sanding with 220, and a coat of polyurethane.
