I had friends recommend me to Alcan but after hearing your review. I stayed away. You should make a bigger deal about it on the forums warning people. I'm still in the test phase of the overland pack and I can tell you it's not easy. Maybe it's the spring makers but it's so hard to get something made to what you ask for.
Alcan should atleast send an aal to help with your issues or best case rework them on their dime as they didn't produce a correct product.
