Looking at possibly selling my 2006 LR3 HSE.
Its silver with black interior, fully loaded including the HD package 7 seater, etc..
Has a tad over 251k miles and have taken care of her as if we were keeping her for ever.
Been offered a company vehicle so no reason to keep it...
Im thinking in the 7.5k range....
Good stuff:
Tires ~1.5 years old.
New coils, plugs and capacitor.
Replaced front diff and transfer case with OEM ~2 years ago.
New blend motors.
New rear rotors/brakes/bearings/etc.
All new from suspension bushings (orange ones from Atlantic British).
All new fluids (oil, antifreeze, diff, transfer case) all OEM bought from dealer (not cheap..)
New Baja Roof Rack, with flat rear for a RTT.
I am sure there are several additional items that i cannot think of at the moment.
Bad(ish) stuff:
Has the transmission error that is plaguing these LR3's.
CEL comes on related to misfire on cyl 1/5/6.
Had every test done with three separate indy LR mechanics stumped.
Drives very well, can feel a slight miss when idling or first starting.
Travel all over (obviously) and has not left me stranded.
Thinking that this would be a great project for someone in the know.
