Congrats on making your thread a sticky.
Now if we could just get that "parts for sale" thread over here to sticky land...

Road to Sema, a 90 Day Build rendering

Every day its a little something we get done or accomplished with this Chevrolet Express 3500 with Quigley 4x4 van build... Today was really exciting to get the rendering back from @keg-media.com They did such a great job handling this project understanding that time was one thing we don't have a lot of. This should help everyone see what our design concept is and look we are going for.
We would love to hear what you guys think.......

Very nice Job on the design - I love the steel bumbers! Looks like this is going to be an amazing rig. You got the right platform with the Duramax Diesel Engine!!!
Good luck on this build!

Rear bumper with tire carrier by Competitive Metals

This week we have been finishing up the spare tire mount for the rear bumper. This one was a little more difficult with the way the door opens.

Quick action shot of Kyle getting down with the mig welder! You can tell there has been a lot of tube work in all of these parts, For that reason we are really excited about Competitive Metals being on board this build. They should be making another delivery today as we are ready to start the inside Roll cage! yep that's right...... We will be a 2" cage in this van, its going to be sick....

Stay tuned and make sure you follow this build on our social media....

Thanks
WTD

Road to Sema, a 90 Day Build

With this build time more then half way over i wish we could say the same with the completion of what we are doing.... There is still so much we want to get done on this fun build. This week we are starting the cage along with the continued design of the front suspension. Every time we finish designing a new piece or part the excitement level increases, this new front suspension for the Quigley 4x4 is going to sweet.... Its going to make Redoval drool since he wants coilovers on his van soooo bad, Now i just need him to make some of his Vantage Optic HID head lights for the chevy vans.... hint .... hint....

Stay tuned.... please leave comments, feedback, requests...

We can't wait to be involved in this SEMA project and get Vantage Optics products in the headlights! This will also mark our first GM van light build so there will be product available soon to support this platform. Check out our website at www.VantageOptics.com, but beware it's in progress and needs lots of work...if only we weren't so busy building lights! Contact us with all of your custom headlight needs

aluminum jack mount

Thanks Scott we look forward to having your Vantage Optics lights on this build.

With this build it has been a blast getting to know other companies products and thinking about the van community that exists. We will be doing a full wrap on this build and are really excited about California Wraps joing in on this build. They do top notch work and specialize in full color changes on vehicles. Please check out there work and we look forward to showing you first hand the quality you get from this shop.

Another product that we are adding to this build is our 3 ton aluminum jack mount and skid plate. Great for in the sand or in the shop. The aluminum mounting tray has 4 holes which makes mounting easy. With the pull of a pin the jack easily releases from the jack tray for use. The aluminum jack features an aluminum skid plate to prevent it from sinking in the sand or uneven surfaces. Still utilizing the stock wheels it freely moves along the concrete. We also supply you with 2 mounting brackets for the jack handle.
