The ExPo home page has an article describing a weekend of riding in the great state of Washington. The author, Michael Van Vliet, does a good job of sharing the sensations involved in riding a hack. He does use overwrought prose on a couple of occasions (e.g., "wax-bearded sartorialists"), but draws a couple of conclusions I will repeat:
"...a Ural has the spirit of a dirt bike, but the stability of an SUV."
having a passenger "...changes the whole dynamic of the ride by transforming a solitary activity into a group event, allowing you to have more fun than you ever could alone."
The photos taken by Kyle Johnson add a lot to the experience. Well worth a look.
