How many miles on your Toyota?

258K on our Tundra. And, when we recently bought our ambulance and didn't need two trucks AND an ambulance, we decided to sell one. We sold the 2004 Ram crew cab 4x4, with the Hemi, even though it was cosmetically in better shape than the Tundra. But, the Dodge had 150K miles. A pretty 150K Dodge or a "rough" 258K Tundra. Pretty easy decision, we thought! :)

253,000 - I am second owner, bought when it came of lease with 39,000 miles.

OME lift, ARB bumper and rear Budbuilt with skids. When Toyota replaced my frame, at 200,000, I went ahead and had them replace a bunch of rubber hoses, valve cover gaskets, etc. I change the oil at 5,000 with Mobil 1 since I got it.

PS if you want to help me in the Overland Expo Cool Ride voting, I am in third place, but 100's behind TeriAnn's Dormobile and a newer 4Runner.

Really like your rig. Kinda close to how how I have mine setup.

TeriAnn's certainly has the "look"...but believe the Tacoma is the better vehicle to own. A lot less fussing. ;)

Starting to put her together after about a year of ownership in stock form and slow (very slow) committal to it. Took me a year to convince myself to sell the old '91. We got this Taco with 42K on the clock in Jan 2015 but it's only been this summer that it's getting done.

Except for the East Coast our list is nearly identical. I owned a '85 4Runner when I lived in PA, which has been pretty much all over PA, WV...and a couple trips down the coast to FL, and across the center of the US...the Tacoma hasn't been back East though.

Moved to Idaho from AZ 2 years ago, have been exploring the Owyhees and Central Idaho currently. Some damn fine country here.

my son is now driving our 2000 4Runner. He is doing his best to kill it. 250k and it runs wonderfully with nothing but scheduled maintenance its whole life. The AC is officially toast however.

I bought her from the original owner three years ago with 200k on her. A lot of those 48k are back roads since it's my secondary vehicle.

Synthetic oil change every 3-5k miles. Second clutch, second timing belt, tune-up. That's it for maintenance.
