2009 FWC Grandby - Excellent Condition
This Camper is just about Immaculate.

I am the second owner, and purchased the "2009 Grandby" in July 2013. The original owner NEVER used it. He purchased it to use with a "Pilot Truck" business that never got off the ground. He stored it inside for 4 years. No joke....interior was still wrapped in plastic. I drove from SoCal to Iowa for the purchase.
I purchased this camper for "off the beaten path" camping to enjoy motorcycle riding, country exploration and fishing with my daughter. Over the last 3yrs it has been nothing but the best of experiences and adventures. It is hard to post this camper for sale, I even custom built a new truck bed just for this camper and excursion gear. The family has grown now to 4 people and 2 dogs. And it just no longer can accommodate the needed space.
I have all original documents / manuals from manufacture-installed equipment with exception of purchase order. It only has had a few modification, done by me, which I will explain below.
