2001 Mitsubishi Fuso FG Chassis VIN Location ??

Hey all.

Can any one point me in the direction of the Chassic VIN. I found the one on the cab behind the seats. Need Chassis one. I have layers of paint/rust and cant locate. Need it for California DMV paperwork. i heard its on the drivers side at the side of engine bay near the wheel. Even dealer is unhelpful.
A picture would be helpfull.

Thanks very much. your rig looks brand new.
Mines chassis has to much rust in that area . cant even see the vin with it cleaned off.
Have to now bring to CHP(Police) and see what they say before i can get plates.

Looks like it's just etched in with an etching tool. Can you etch it on again somewhere?
