Default Chevrolet suspension lift (2 wheel drive)

We all know that all the Chevrolet 2500/3500 Express vans have been super neglected over the years when it comes to suspension upgrades and lift kits.
For those of you with a QUIGLEY 4x4 we built you the ultimate coilover suspension system.
For those of you that have a 2 wheel drive your time is coming! We have been hard at work designing a new lift kit that will improve the ride.

The kits will be configured as so:

Option 1: 3" lift no shocks
    3" lift spindle

Option 2: 3" lift with shocks
    3" lift spindle
    Fox Shocks (front)
    Rear block
    u-bolts
    Fox Shocks (rear)

Option 3: 5.5- 6" lift with FOX shocks
    Upper control arm
    Lift coils
    3" lift spindle
    Fox Shocks (front)
    Rear block
    u-bolts
    Fox Shocks (rear)

Option 4: 5.5-6" Total Suspension Package
    Upper control arm
    Lift coils
    3" lift spindle
    Fox Shocks (front)
    Rear leaf springs
    U-bolts
    Fox Shocks (rear)

We are still working on pricing and look forward to this kit being available in March 2017. We are currently making a list for those of you who are interested in these suspension upgrades.

For those interested, I scored some super-duper top secret, behind-the-scenes pics of a recent 2WD install, plus a full, step-by-step DIY install video coming soon. Really looking forward to getting one of these Weldtec kits under my 2003 Express 2WD, going to be a gamechanger straight up.

I met the weldtec guys while designing my overland photography van (still a work in progress) and offered to come down and shoot a video series around their Road to SEMA 90 day build. If you're on the fence about your own project, I highly suggest picking up the phone and giving Jeremy a call. In the times I've been in the shop, he's consistently taking calls from prospective customers and spending a ton of time educating them, asking questions and sharing his knowledge, regardless of whether they are a customer or not. Check out the vids to see what I mean! (episode 5 is my favorite, here's the link: https://youtu.be/xi0_INn-BB0)

Spoke with Jeremy and super excited to get my spindle coming. Its refreshing to see companies with so much talent and craftsmanship embracing the Chevy platform. When it comes to vans, I think the Chevy has the most bang for the buck that is currently produced. Something about the good old body on frame.
Jeremy told me about a few other products he has coming for the Express and its exciting. I love the idea of suspension in stages, not everyone can afford a "all at once" build. Cheers WTD!

    Default Chevrolet express lift kit

A little update to this build.
We finished machining all of the parts for the spindle and they sure are nice!

This is the foundation for the whole spindle, this is where the hub bolts into on the 2 wheel drive vans.

    More pics coming.

Default 3' Spindle lift for the Chevrolet Express 2500/3500

    Option 1 is complete:

A few changes are going to be made to the different options, however this a what the Chevrolet Van look like with 3" lift spindles and 2" blocks in the rear. Now all it needs is bigger tires.
