best place to purchase Filon and Vinyl softwall?

I am wondering for any that might know the best place to purchase Filon near Sacramento, or California in general? With some of the costs for shipping I would rather drive and pickup myself. Also, in regards to the material for the softwall popup section has anyone found a place that carries the material and or fits it? Im not sure I could just take a custom build homemade camper to FWC or ATC and pay them to do it, or could I?

Thanks in advance!

You can look here for fabric. http://www.ebay.com/itm/18-oz-Vinyl...hash=item360b22e64c:m:myyRo5Z7e5POxXhUHROTYpw
Here's another source of what's seems to be the same type stuff but much more expensive. http://www.sailrite.com/Shelter-Rite-18oz-Grey-61
Getting back to filon. Doesn't that need to be on a backing board? I've read an awful lot about laminate failure between the filon and backing. I'm rebuilding an old 4 Wheel Grandby and considered filon, but decided to pass on it. Also about the molding around the roof of a 4 Wheel camper. It looks similar to the letter T sideways, with the horizontal leg shorter than the vertical leg. The vertical edge at the top lays against the side edge roof, then the horizontal edge is against the bottom of the roof, then the continuation of the vertical edge overlaps the body of the camper. Hope that makes sense.

I have to do the vinyl sides on my 4 Wheel rebuild, and am torn between what fabric to use. Shelter Rite is 2.5 times the cost! Obviously you get what you pay for, but on a vertical surface of a pop up camper, it's not going to see near the amount of exposure that a boat top or tent might get. If you haven't seen this thread, http://www.wanderthewest.com/forum/topic/12116-new-build-1981-grandby-to-become-a-hawk/ He goes through a build step by step.

Man, thanks a lot for this. Excellent thread with tons of info. Again thank you!
