Got camperbox on for first time, just for a small test. still need to make a lot things, before it can drive.. just 3 cm from the cabin up to the alcove. and a little more by the side. Should be ok, Volvo does not twist so much in the chassis..

support legs used for welding on farming wagons, machinery. They are a little heavy but strong. Has extended them by 30 cm, has a stroke length of about 40 cm

Very nice build, keep up the good work. Interesting with the radiator, I have been looking for suitable radiator for my C303 OM605 engine swap.

The mercedes servo pump is dual outlet ?. I hadn't even seen when I bought it. But it turns the right way around and with the oil tank mounted away from the pump?.. So has fitted pressure hose and a return on the front of the volvo. don't know i will use it.

Here in Chile we are doing a similar project like you but with other motor. We started with a TGB1314 ambulance, changed the motor, extended the chassis beteewn the axles in 950mm, and also after original rear bump.
I want ask you if you know who sway bar from some truck could be used to add in the front.

we installed TD42T nissan with gear and transfers case nissan PATROL/SAFARI 24V, changed the R&P to 5.99:1 how we work sometimes in the weekend in this project we are take a lot of years more or less 4 years that from started to work.

I asked for the sway bar because I need improve the front, seem I have too much weight in front, I will do a reinforcement of front leafs plus add the sway bar

I really would like to get some information about sway bar possible to be install

it was something of a rebuilt volvo tgb you have there !! thinking you need to have some coil spring in the front, remove rubber block and mount a coil spring there. probably something I also do at some point.

with sway bar think you should on facebook and find "volvo c303 and TGB" group. there is a kit from one of the members that can be used.
