Just looking for some help. Currently running coopers 325/80/r16 on singles and time for renewal. Went to the 4x4 show in Brisbane and none of the suppliers ie cooper, maxxis, mickey thompson etc can get this size. Any thoughts on something comparable and where from in Sth east qld?

lost, but making time
Unfortunately, from what I can find, the 37x12.5 size is much more common in the 17" rim size :(

That being said, the two that I have found in 37x12.5R16 are both from Interco (Swamper):

Super Swamper SSR : https://www.intercotire.com/tire/133

SSR-44R 37x12.5R16LT 37 12.5 79 11 21/32 10 2 BSW 10 10 36.90 13.0 574 65 3640 Yes

TrXus M/T Radial : https://www.intercotire.com/tire/102

RXM-31R 37x12.5R16LT 37 12.5 81 9 21/32 10 3 BSW 10 10 37.20 13.2 566 65 3640 Yes

Both have the same load rating, but are of somewhat different diameters.

Size seems to be more or less discontinued, maybe they found most were going to 17s for 36"+?
If you want to keep your rims but don't want 35s, could try find a set of 325/85 XMLs. They're 38.5.

Thanks.

Is that what you have on your truck?

The 37's do cause havoc on torque and holding gear. Would I notice a big difference going down to 35's?

Nah on this truck is running 20x11s with 335/80r20 XZLs, just a shade over 40".
On the 649 I had previously it had 11.00r16s, which are the skinny version of the 325 XML- so same dia 38". I found they went good, especially offroad, torque does suffer a bit. Main problem is the brakes.

I use Falken WildPeak A/T (325/80-16) and that size has now 'disappeared' from their website. I was guessing that the 16" size would go away someday, so I bought two sets figuring when I wore those out I'd switch to 17s.

Trying everywhere and finding no one does my current size. I suggested the xml and the dealer said you need to be in the military to get those tyres. Is this true?

Thanks, yes more common in the US rather than Australia. Still searching. May need to import.

Cmon mate, we're in Australia. if you have to ask, it's almost certainly illegal...
haha
Are the current coopers legal anyway?
Rating is fine, I think 134K.
Excellent offroad, average on road. Life can vary depending on weight, temperature and speed.

I have an engineering certificate from the guy I bought it from approving the singles and the coopers. I take it is a no for the XML tyres? Has anyone been pulled up on this?
